Deposit Policy: I require a $100 non-refundable deposit to book your appointment. That $100 goes towards your grand total of your initial appointment. That deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within 5 days of your appointment, you will be charged 30% of your appointment. A new non-refundable deposit will be required if you decide to schedule a new appointment. Reschedule Policy: Once reschedule is permitted and must be reschedule within 3 months from your original scheduled date. Any additional rescheduling requests after the first will be charged a 20% of the total cost of service fee, that will be added on the day of your service or automatically charged to your credit card. No-show Policy: Any individual that has an appointment with The Brow Habitat that fails to show up to the appointment the day it is scheduled will be charged 100% of the cost of your service. Late Policy: Each client has a 15 minute grace period, any more time after that will be charged charged a late fee of $50 added to your service fee. Please call me if you are any later than 30 minutes as we might have to reschedule your appointment, which will also include your rescheduling fee if this is the second time rescheduling. *If you become pregnant after you have booked your appointment, your deposit will be held up to 1 year from your original scheduled date to reschedule. Passed the 1 year you will have to pay another deposit to book.
